Job description

We are looking for an M365 & Security Architect for a full-time role in Helsinki.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, being responsible for the design, development, and comprehensive implementation of security in Microsoft 365 environments.

Your work will focus on Microsoft Security solutions, while you will also act as an enterprise architect who understands how to integrate the various areas of Microsoft 365 environments.

You will get to work on both a strategic and hands-on level, ranging from roadmaps and workshops to implementations and deployments.

Your work includes:

  • Design and implementation of Microsoft 365 and Security solutions

  • Developing Microsoft Security entities for clients

  • Defining security, governance, and compliance solutions

  • Architecture work and technical consulting

  • Leading workshops and client meetings

  • Long-term development of client environments

  • Participating in the development of Enora's services and business

We expect from you:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 environments

  • Specialized expertise in Microsoft Security solutions

  • Ability to perceive technical entities from a business perspective

  • Experience in working at the customer interface

  • An independent and consultative approach to work

  • Fluent skills in Finnish and English

Your tasks: 

  • You are responsible for the design and implementation of designated technical entities in deployment and development projects 

  • You support clients and stakeholders in choosing the right service solutions and participate in the development of solutions 

  • You act as a technical expert in customer meetings, workshops, and solution presentations 

  • You provide level 3 technical support and participate in developing the competence of the production organization

  • You ensure the suitability of the solutions for customer environments in cooperation with various stakeholders 

Requirements: 

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint Online solutions 

  • Experience in project work and the systematic development of customer environments 

  • A consultative approach and the ability to work at the customer interface as well as a technical advisor 

  • Fluent communication and negotiation skills in Finnish and English 

  • Applicable education or equivalent work experience, and an interest in continuous professional development and certification  


Salary

Salary €5,000–8,000 / month depending on experience + performance-based commission model 

Start: Employment starts in Q4/2026 or as agreed.
